Framina ("the app") is a wallpaper and profile picture editor for Android. This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: your photos are processed on your device and are never uploaded by us.
1. Who we are
Framina is published by Eleven PM Labs. For any privacy question or request, contact elevenpmlabs@gmail.com.
2. Your photos
- Photos you pick are read through the Android system photo picker. The app does not request broad access to your photo library.
- Face detection, framing, color extraction and export all run on your device. No photo, face data or derived image is sent to us or to any third party.
- Exports are written to a temporary file, then saved to your gallery or applied as wallpaper only when you tap the action.
- We do not operate a server for your images and keep no copy of them.
3. Data stored on your device
- Recent photo references, your last chosen frame and settings, cached sample photo data, and your Pro entitlement flag. These live in the app's private storage.
- None of this is backed up to us. Android Backup may include app data if you have device backup enabled in system settings.
- Uninstalling the app deletes this local data.
4. Advertising
The app offers optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice; it unlocks a single free save.
- The AdMob SDK may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads.
- We do not receive your personal data from Google. We see aggregate revenue and performance reports only.
- Where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland), the app shows a Google-certified consent message before any ad loads. You can change your choice later from the ad's privacy options, or by resetting your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Ads are requested in non-personalized mode unless you consent to personalized ads.
- Google's practices: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Purchases
Framina Pro is sold through Google Play (and the App Store on iOS). The store handles payment and billing details; we never see your card or full billing address. The app stores only whether an active entitlement exists, and checks the store again on launch and when you tap "Restore purchases".
6. What we do not do
- No account, sign-in, email collection or contact upload.
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
- No selling of personal data.
- No access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or precise location.
7. Permissions the app requests
- Set wallpaper — to apply an export directly to your home or lock screen.
- Save to gallery — only when you choose to save an image. On Android 10 and newer this needs no storage permission.
- Internet — to load ads and contact the store for purchases.
8. Children
Framina is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help you remove the app's local data.
9. Your rights
Because the app does not send us personal data, we hold nothing to export or delete on your behalf. You can clear all local data by uninstalling the app, and control advertising data through the consent message or your Android advertising settings. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
