Framina
These terms govern your use of the Framina app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Framina on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the app store's own terms.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you use and to the images you export. You are responsible for having the right to use and edit any photo you import.
3. Framina Pro and purchases
- Framina Pro unlocks all frames and removes the export watermark.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Yearly and Monthly are auto-renewing subscriptions.
- The price shown in the app comes from the store and is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or App Store > Account > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy.
- Purchases can be restored with "Restore purchases" in the app.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, its frames, or its assets; do not reverse-engineer the app except where law allows; and do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful content.
5. Advertising
Optional rewarded ads are provided through Google AdMob. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and a failed ad never blocks a free feature.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep exports working, but we do not guarantee that every device, Android version or wallpaper target behaves identically.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of images arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
